Security and data protection

By virtue of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and development regulations, shareholders and investors are informed of the existence of a file or automated processing, with the personal data provided by the shareholders or by the banking entities, Companies and Securities Agencies in which the said shareholders have deposited their shares, through the entity legally authorized for the record keeping of account entries, Iberclear. The purpose of the said file or processing is the management and administration of the shareholders’ data, and in their case those of their representatives.

The shareholders or their representatives may exercise, under the assumptions covered by the law, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data on the file through the corresponding notification [which must include the identification of the holder of the rights by photocopy of the DNI (national identity document of Spain)], to the following address:

GRUPO IMESAPI, in its capacity as File Manager, informs of the adoption, in its facilities, systems and files, of the security measures legally required. In addition, the File Manager guarantees the confidentiality of personal data, although it will disclose to the competent public authorities personal data and any other information that is in their possession or accessible through their systems and is required in accordance with legal provisions and regulations
applicable, as well as prior judicial request..
